Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 9 working days, depending on your location.

Returns & exchanges

We do our best to make sure our product descriptions are accurate. If Flunnea isn't right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused where possible, in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
